Housem brings property records, project planning, leases, tenants, maintenance requests, and documents into a self-hosted workspace. Rent accounting, reporting, payments, and a tenant portal connect the administrative side of managing a property.
A Rust API and PostgreSQL back a Next.js interface, with geospatial search, media storage, and background workflows. Spatial tools include floor-plan, panorama, mesh, and IFC viewers. Gaussian-splat reconstruction remains experimental and needs a suitable GPU for useful results.
